I recently started working again and so my mission is to make frozen foods for my family to eat when I am working. I found a recipe for pizza pockets and thought that they would be yummy as muffins! I love muffin pans. I have the standard size and the mini pans. I am on the look out for a good deal on some large ones, but I don't think I would use them as much. The standard size cups are perfect for my kids' little hands! The recipe is here at Heavenly Homemakers blog, she has some amazing recipes! I just put them in the tins at the end instead of making them into pockets.
I dont have a finished product picture because they got eaten to fast!!!!!! I will do better next time!

LOL! They got eaten too fast!! That's how I know a meal was a success...when halfway through I'm like, "Oh NO! We forgot to take pictures!" Love it! Waiting for the challenge...;)
